Title: Blackberry Cobbler Ice Cream
NOTE: This recipe is cobbled together from several internet sources. Probaby will need delicious tinkering!
Begin by freezing the core of as many ice cream makers as we deem this recipe needs. Going to start with freezing both of them, maybe? Discuss.
In a small sauce pan, simmer the oats in 1 cup of oat milk until soft, about 10 minutes. I suspect they will be soft earlier than this, so look alive! Then let cool.
Blend two cups oat milk with the frozen blackberries until well blended, then blend in the oat-milk mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together well.
Refrigerate this mixture until cold, at least 1 hour, in a tightly sealed container.
Then churn. Expecting it to be softer than soft serve consistency. Then transfer to a freezer-safe, tightly sealed container, and freeze for about 4 hours. Let soften 15 minutes before serving and enjoy!
